Full Job Description
I'm working with a beautiful, recently renovated village pub just outside Gloucester, and we're on the lookout for a passionate and reliable experienced chef to join their tight-knit team. This is a genuinely lovely site - independent, community-owned, and run by a head chef who really cares about their food and their people.
- At least a year in a chef role (CDP level or above)
- A full UK driving licence - the location is rural
- Confidence to support and occasionally lead kitchen service
- An eye for cleanliness, prep, and kitchen standards
- A calm, positive energy and a passion for honest food You'd be joining a team who genuinely enjoy what they do, in a pub that really matters to its village - this isn't just another job, it's a chance to be part of something special.
- Salary Up to £38,000 Package depending on experience
- Tronc/tips on top - paid monthly
