Full Job Description
The role's primary function is to assist with the management of the CGC talent roster whilst driving incremental revenue via partnership opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to manage their own talent as well as support the Director of Talent across the full roster, thinking globally and acting locally. As Talent Manager you will play an important role in managing and nurturing talent and their brands, working across a broad and exciting range of projects and campaigns across the beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle sectors.,
- Supporting Director of Talent with the curation and execution of talent strategies
- Project managing talent activity - working on commercial campaigns, press, broadcast and social media
- Proactively seeking out new commercial opportunities for talent
- Liaising with talent on a regular basis to help coordinate product call ins, brand campaigns and logistics
- End-to-end campaign and partnership management
- Building, nurturing and growing strong converting relationships with brands and KOL's
- Contract negotiation
- Managing inbound talent enquiries, vetting brands accordingly
- Helping to recruit new talent to bring to CG Collective portfolio
- Pulling campaign analytics and insights
- Accompanying talent to shoots and events
- Supporting Director of Talent with administrative tasks, reporting and updating key documents and databases
- Ownership of talent media kits and Collective creds decks
The ideal candidate will have a solid background of at least 3 years' experience working with talent, relevant industry contacts and a good understanding of the social media landscape. They will be strategic, creative, results orientated and ideas driven, with a proven track record in delivering quantifiable results., - An effective negotiator with proven ability to manage end- to-end campaigns and commercial partnerships for talent (examples will be required)
- Strong Influencer, KOL and TikTok talent relationships, with an eye for upcoming talent and conscious voices
- Social Media enthusiast with a working knowledge of key platforms and awareness of developing platforms including how to use, create and promote content in both earned and paid capacity
- Established network of contacts across beauty, wellness lifestyle and fashion categories preferable
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to nurture long term successful partnerships
- Able to think strategically, understanding the short and long term decision making process for talent partnerships
- Understanding of ASA and commercial guidelines
- The ability to problem solve and use initiative to find solutions, managing up when necessary
- Thrives working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A forward-thinker that is creative and passionate about beauty, lifestyle, and wellness
- Proficient in Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Canva
