Your key responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall efficiency. Manage business operations, client operations, and the complete client lifecycle, ensuring processes are streamlined and performance metrics are met. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Identify, design, and implement process improvements and best practices to elevate client satisfaction and operational performance. Utilise
analytics to monitor operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), inform strategic decisions, and optimise service delivery. Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to drive initiatives that support company growth and operational excellence. Your skills and experience Educated to bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification/work experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Extensive experience in operations management within a SaaS or financial services environment. Proven track record in managing complex operations and enhancing lifecycle processes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and support/guide teams.
