This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers. As a Consumer Channel manager, your team will be responsible for building and managing the tools that really make a difference for our Sales Teams. Being the bridge between the business need and technology to help build scale and drive innovation. The role will be working on a number of high profile projects that are crucial to the priorities of Sales., Leading a team of high performing product managers and analyst. - Partner with key Sales teams to develop best in class enterprise reporting and management solutions. - Prioritise business needs based on a deep understanding of objectives, challenges, and opportunities. - Be the liaison between the Sales and technical teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business strategy. - Develop expertise in key areas such as channel sales, back margin and both digital and physical retail processes. - Manage complex multi-track product development projects, ensuring timely execution aligned with global milestones. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional project and leadership teams, building strong relationships and advocating for regional needs when necessary. - Bring a detail-oriented and strategic mind-set to all tasks. - Demonstrate a passion for enhancing the customer experience by leveraging Apple's technology platforms to deliver maximum value to both Apple and its partners.
- A strong background in Product or Project management, with a proven track record of managing cross functional projects.
- A deep understanding of reporting needs in the consumer channel.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis and process improvement.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working with cross functional teams across an organisation., Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong presentation skills with stellar written, verbal and listening abilities.
- Experience in defining product strategy and roadmaps.
- Previous experience managing a team would be beneficial.
