Client Relationship Manager - Fintech (Wealth Management)

Key Responsibilities & Duties:



  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, leading onboarding and ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in global client-facing teams to ensure an exceptional experience for clients.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption of the platform across various investment strategies.

  • Partner with technology and client teams to address user challenges with innovative solutions.

  • Implement and manage a comprehensive communications strategy for clients and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

  • Present and provide platform demos to current and prospective clients.

  • Support Sales Team and other Client Success Managers for both asset manager and wealth management related queries.

  • Capture client feedback and work with the internal technology team to develop new services and digital tools for our clients.

  • Help drive strategic initiatives, working alongside internal teams, and source potential new opportunities.


The role requires:



  • 3-5 years' experience of working with clients in fintech or the investment management industry (preferably in Client Success, Business Development or Fund Research).

  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans, monitor progress, and ensure successful outcomes.

  • An understanding of SaaS platforms and basic knowledge of the investment management industry, with curiosity to learn.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborate across organizational levels, and navigate cultural and use-case differences.

  • Excellent negotiation skills, adept at influencing and persuading clients to achieve optimal results and ensure continued service retention.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on improving processes both for clients and internally, while challenging the status quo.

  • A pragmatic problem-solver, able to identify clear strategies and processes that lead to successful results.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable using systems (e.g. PowerBI, Jira, HubSpot) to generate internal/external reporting to drive business outcomes.

  • A humble and collaborative team player, flexible in supporting colleagues and contributing to other initiatives that drive strategic objectives.
