Job Overview: This is an exciting permanent opportunity for Senior/Advanced Practitioners looking to step into a managerial role or experienced Team Managers seeking a new challenge. The role involves leading a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services, ensuring compliance with statutory duties, and working within the strategic framework to support vulnerable children and young people across Gloucestershire.
