Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of staff in supporting individuals with complex disabilities who live in their own home or shared accommodation in the community. We are looking for energetic and motivated staff who want a challenge, ensuring choice and control is at the forefront of all support delivered.
