We are seeking a Despatch Picker/Loader to join our Warehouse team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are picked and loaded efficiently and accurately for our customers. Main Responsibilities:

• Pick products using paper picking lists and Voice picking systems.
• Load products into trailers following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Accurately complete all transactions related to order picking and loading using AS400.
• Ensure stock rotation and use products within Minimum Life on Receipt (MLOR).
• Assist in daily stock counting and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained at temperatures below 5°C before and during loading.
• Follow all site food safety and hygiene rules.
• Utilize the STAR card system and Docksafe system for safety compliance.
• Stand in for the coordinator when required.
  
  Previous experience in despatch or cold store work is desirable.
• High standard of numeracy and literacy.
• Experience with AS400 and operating a pick system.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate problems effectively.
• Capability and accountability in stock control.
