Full Job Description
- Data Quality & Governance: Ensure operations team maintain data quality standards and governance practices to ensure integrity and reliability of data for monthly financial review.
- Project Risk Monitoring: Identify and report on potential delays and cancellations, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
- Budget Tracking & Margin Review: Monitor budgets across active projects, ensuring spending aligns with forecasts. Support regular gross margin reviews with Finance team and flag variances.
- Aged Debt Management: Support Finance team with collection of overdue invoices, by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely cash inflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key point-of-contact for Finance team to support issue resolution, on behalf of large team of project managers.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Data Specialist to oversee and streamline some of our day-to-day operations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring accuracy in data quality and governance, maintaining internal controls, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines a solid analytical background with strong communication skills. This role will require a high level of attention to detail, a self-starter who thrives on individual ownership while working in a collaborative and fast-paced global team., - 3+ years of work experience in project management, or revenue accounting
- Bachelor's degree in analytical field such as Business or Computer Science
- Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce CRM
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
