Full Job Description
As the Sous Chef, you will be an integral part of the Hotel Kitchen guiding & supporting the duties of the whole Kitchen team whilst on shift. You will assist the Head Chef in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Kitchen and maintaining the high TLH standards.,
- Prepare meals to the high standard of presentation & quality expected for the Hotel
- Oversee the operation of the Hotel Kitchen whilst on duty and manage the department in the absence of the Head Chef
- Assist the Head Chef in achieving their agreed food cost budget & payroll costs
- Contribute to menu planning
- Build, organise and maintain a good team, supporting with any recruitment needs

Successful candidates must have previous experience with team management and as a Chef working independently in a busy kitchen environment.
