An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Division of Medicine, where applications are now invited for a Medical Secretary (Band 3) working in Acute and Emergency Medicine. The position is working 37.5 hours per week. This is a demanding but rewarding role. It is essential that the successful applicant has a recognised secretarial qualification, or has sufficient proven medical secretarial experience with experience in audio typing, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills., The successful candidate will have the confidence and enthusiasm to take on the challenges of this role and experience to manage a high workload. Applicants must be organised, have the ability to work under their own initiative and able to prioritise a competing workload.

The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust serves a population of around 250,000 people in the Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Waveney areas. The Trust provides an integrated hospital and community children's service.
