Joio Day Nursery is a Multi award winning Hygge inspired Children's Day Nursery. We are proud winners of the Swansea City Council Early years and Play awards for Enabling Environments (2023) and Welsh Language and Culture (2024). We achieved our Hygge in the Early Years Accreditation in 2023 and continue to work towards various modules to keep our knowledge up to date and to provide the best opportunities for the children in our care. We have been inspected by our regulators CIW and have been Rated Excellent in all 4 areas (Well Being, Care and Development, Environment, Leadership and Management)., Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive - Observe and monitor children's development and progress - Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about children's daily activities and progress - Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care - Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting

Knowledge of child development principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying Ability to Speak Welsh is desirable
