Full Job Description

Overall responsibility for the operational management of the residential services ensuring that they operate to the highest professional and quality standards.
Overseeing the day to day running of the care services
Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
Managing the financial performance of the service
Be involved in the strategic direction and future of the service

2 years experience in a registered managers position - in an LD adult residential setting
A proven CQC record with a rating of good committed to working towards achieving outstanding
Strong leadership skills promote a positive culture; must be robust and resilient
Strong communication skills, will maintain relationships established with commissioners
Commercial awareness with financial acumen with an understanding and experience of managing budgets
QCF Level 5 or equivalent achieved or willing to work towards
