Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the night-shift QA team, overseeing one QA Manager and multiple QA team members
Ensure adherence to retailer codes, BRC standards, and regulatory requirements
Maintain audit readiness and address any compliance gaps promptly
Work closely with the Site Technical Manager, operations, and other departments to ensure consistent quality standards
Manage end-to-end quality processes and implement corrective actions
Champion quality improvement projects to enhance efficiency and performance
This position is ideal for a QA professional with experience in large-scale food production, particularly in high-care, high-risk environments.
Key Skills
3-5 years' relevant industry experience (e.g. Quality Manager, Senior QA Manager)
Experience in large-scale operations, ideally in poultry, ready meals, or raw meat production
Knowledge of high-care, high-risk environments
University degree in a relevant field
Enthusiastic, energetic, and a quick learner
Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday: 22:30 - 06:30
