Full Job Description
- Key Involvement in the Health & Safety strategy for the Business Unit. Developing/Promoting Health & Safety amongst direct/indirect reports.
- Establishing operating budgets, monitoring the cost effectiveness, and reliability of process engineering activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending and ensure that standards are met.
- Evaluating the results of all projects and prepares recommendations for senior managers about significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems or technology.
- Leadership/management of a team of multi-disciplined engineers and crafts people.
