Overview: The Compliance Administrator is a key role within a small department and involves supporting the Compliance team with the day-to-day functions of the department. Responsibilities:

Creating workflows for new members of staff
Maintaining and updating the staff authorisation database
Formatting and reviewing internal documents
Assisting with onboarding new permanent and contract staff
Answering queries
Updating and/or creating spreadsheets and document templates
(Engineer) Toolbox verifications (under CMM guidance)
Collating data for Weekly and Monthly Reporting Meetings (under CMM guidance)

Previously worked in an office environment
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Organised with a keen eye for detail
Multitasker
Good verbal and written communication skills
Enjoys working as part of a team
Knowledge of quality/compliance however not essential as full training and support is provided
Interested working within the aviation industry
