Full Job Description

Our Category Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of category leaders within Müller. Over the course of the programme, you will help in leading the development of the dairy category in the UK, working closely with retailers and our account teams. As a Müller graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience in analysing product and consumer data, generating key business insights, and supporting the launch of innovative products, all while developing essential skills that are invaluable for a range of future careers. You will work on real projects and tailored training to build a strong foundation for your career in Category. After completing the programme, you'll continue to expand your expertise, developing key skills that will prove invaluable in a Category department.

What's Included in the Programme?
As a Müller Category Graduate, you will be responsible for:

- Retailer Account Management: Owning relationship with key retailers and providing data-driven recommendations to improve product performance
- Range Reviews & Market Presentations: Supporting the creation and delivery of range reviews, compiling insights that influence market strategies
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Creating bespoke reports, developing new methods for analysing data, and uncovering actionable insights
- Marketing Insights: Collaborating with data and insights providers to commission research projects, conduct store reviews, and compile market activity reports
- Strategy Support: Assisting the wider team with long-term strategy development
- Project Management: Own 'specific projects' as relevant to MMI's strategic priorities

A STEM or business-related Degree: at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years
- Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Müller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered
- UK Driver's License: Must hold a UK driving license
- UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education
- Consumer focus: Consumer focused approach and collaborative spirit
- Curiosity: Curiosity to learn and the ambition to make an impact
- Analytical skills: Analytical skills and a strong sense of business acumen
