Full Job Description
As Head of Primary School, you will work closely with the Executive Headteacher and other members of the leadership team to ensure the continued growth and success of the school. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues in the secondary phase, nurturing the unique all-through ethosthat defines Beaulieu Park School, ensuring seamless transitions and shared values across both phases.
Furthermore, as part of the Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP), you will have the support of a network of primary schools within the trust. This collaborative environment will allow you to seek guidance, share best practices, and grow professionally alongside like-minded colleagues. The trust offers a wealth of opportunities for networking and development, ensuring that you continue to grow as an educator and leader.

We are seeking a Head of Primary Schoolto join our leadership team following the promotion of our founding Head. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a primary school setting at Deputy or Assistant Head level and have a passion for education that inspires both students and staff. You will have a strong understanding of traditional teaching methods whilst embracing evidence-informed practice to drive quality teaching and learning across the school.
