EVENING CARETAKER/SECURITY

Part-time - 3 evenings a week

Thursday - Saturday

We are currently recruiting for a member of staff to join the Estates team to provide an effective caretaking and security service, three evenings a week.

At Gresham’s we offer a rare opportunity where children can join us at our Nursery and Pre-Prep School from the age of 2 and continue with their education at our Prep and Senior Schools to the age of 18. Our school is situated in the Georgian town of Holt and sits within 200 acres of glorious countryside. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty with the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast just a few miles away.

The Estates Department is seeking to employ a reliable individual into the role of Evening Caretaker/Security to provide a wide range of support activities related to the security, cleaning, low-level maintenance and care of the Gresham’s facilities. The role is primarily to secure the school each evening once pupil activity has finished and to provide an on-call capability during the designated working hours, for unforeseen circumstances.

The ideal candidate would be a hardworking, committed individual who possess the ability to work very well on their own initiate, understand the importance of maintaining high standards and how to communicate effectively within a school environment.
