In this role you will be working as a member of the Purchasing Team with responsibility for ensuring that we maintain optimum stock levels within our business areas, responsible for order placement and expediting outstanding or overdue products, ensuring minimal stock outages. You will also be maintaining supplier details, monitoring supplier performance and pricing of individual products. Responsibilities:

• Review system recommendations daily and take actions accordingly
• Updating info in stockout log and ordering log, also advising customer services and/or production of stock issues as required
• Maintaining and updating product data. Code Changes, pricing, and status of parts
• Data entry and variance checking for our monthly stocktakes
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment by operating within company systems, policies, procedures
  
  We are looking for someone ideally with experience within a Purchasing or Stores/Stock Management environment, Strong computer
literacy, ideally using Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
