The Program Director will be instrumental in driving performance within existing contracts, proactively tackling challenges, and positioning GKN to seize new opportunities for growth and success.How You'll Contribute

  • Establish and maintain robust and deep relationships with customers to ensure their strategic direction is understood and met and to gain valuable insight to help lead GKN Aerospace activity.
  • Set a vision and strategic direction for the Single Aisle account that encompasses both near-term tactical activity through to future aircraft platform engagement and aligned technology development.
  • Lead the business unit to guarantee alignment with customer requirements and deliverables.
  • Act as a primary interface to customers, ensuring a unified approach and communication.
  • Guide the organization in delivering single aisle programs.
  • Spearhead initiatives that drive business transformation and innovation in our single aisle offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and capabilities with customer needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and program development.

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within aviation or aerospace, with a track record of success.

  • A natural ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex projects with confidence.

  • Competitive salary dependent on experience
