Do you have:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in residential childcare, or working with children and young people?
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children?
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills?
- The ability to work shift work following as rota pattern including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins (payable at £40.76 per sleep in)?

Maple Cottage, South Hylton, Sunderland
Deputy Manager (Grade 8), £40, 476 - £44, 711 per annum, plus 10% alternating shift allowance: To support the Registered Manager, manage staff, and ensure high-quality care for the children.
You should hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent) and be willing and able to undertake Level 5 Diploma Leadership for Health & Social Care & Children & Young Peoples Services with Children & Young Persons Residential Management Pathway (or equivalent).
