Full Job Description
- Work closely with our People and Legal teams globally to provide strategic advice and lead on employment and employment law-related issues, including recruitment, payroll and tax, compensation and benefits, and people operations.
- Draft and advise on employment-related agreements and policies globally, such as employment agreements and offer letters, severance agreements, confidentiality agreements and codes of conduct.
- Advise, partner and liaise with various internal stakeholders to develop and lead on processes for common employee-related issues, and drive other employment-related projects and initiatives.
- Work closely with the Employee Relations team on any contentious employment matters, and advise on risk levels, mitigation and response.
- Report to Head of Legal, Disputes (hard line) and Global Employee Relations Lead (dotted line).
UK-qualified employment lawyer with 4 to 6 years PQE. - Ability to navigate difficult issues and multiple stakeholders, advising the business on key benefits and risks, and developing solutions.
- Ability to juggle multiple matters at once across different jurisdictions.
- Ability to communicate legal advice in a succinct and pragmatic way to different areas of the business.
- Have a get-it-done, collaborative approach to problem solving.
