Full Job Description

As part of our growing team in the Croydon area, you will play a vital role in delivering care that truly makes a difference in people's lives. What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, ensuring their well-being.
  • Help clients maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Follow care plans and document all care provided accurately.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, family members, and colleagues to provide holistic care.

    A caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
  • Previous experience in a care or support role (preferred but not essential).
  • A relevant care qualification is an advantage.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding and care regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not required).
  • Right to work in the UK.
