About Wantisden Park

We are an adult-only glamping site on the Heritage Coast providing luxury pods with wood-fired hot tubs and electric and non-electric pitches for camping. It is open all-year round except over Christmas and six weeks over January and February.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Site Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure that all aspects of the site run smoothly.

This role involves:

• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs and any general guest queries or issues whilst on site.

• Communicating with the cleaning and linen companies to ensure a smooth check-out / check-in process.

• A hands-on approach to maintain the site including groundskeeping, prepare hot tubs and keep shared spaces to a high standard.

• Monitoring of security and quick response to any incidents on site.

• Supervising seasonal staff during high season.

Requirements

• Flexibility and availability to work weekends and Bank Holidays.

• Able to relocate to provided housing on site.

• Good customer service and communication skills when dealing with guests.

• Practical skills for maintenance tasks.

• Ability to plan daily tasks and keep up-to-date records of site facilities and equipment for Health & Safety.
