Early Years Foundation Stage Lead - St. Mary's Catholic Primary School

St Mary's Catholic Primary School is a two-form entry primary school, situated in the heart of Newcastle-under-Lyme. £31,650 - £49,084 and TLR 2.1 £3391 per annum

Full-time (32.5 hours per week)

About the Role

The role of EYFS Lead at St Mary's is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious EYFS practitioner to lead and inspire our Early Years team, shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to upholding and promoting the ethos and values of our Catholic School.
  • Is passionate about early childhood education and child development.
  • Has a proven track record in EYFS and is ready to take on a leadership role with confidence, clarity of vision, and the ability to inspire, guide and support others effectively.
  • Has a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, assessment, and best practices.
  • Can work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies.
  • Understands and implements safeguarding policies and effective behaviour management strategies.
