Senior Delivery Manager - Strategic Change Waterloo - Hybrid Working 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Full Time Grade 4 At Currys we're united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for Technology and Change to support the Transformation of our business. This role will sit within our Strategic Change team who are in the driving seat for leading strategic, operational and organisational projects to support our Transformation agenda. Role overview: As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the delivery of a complex and highly strategic programme
  • Work closely with the ExCo and Business Leads
  • Require someone that is highly organised and able to balance and prioritise multiple demands
  • Require strong core programme management skills and be comfortable leading and driving a plan and managing teams up to ExCo members
  • Require ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in partnership with multiple Business Areas as well as key consulting partners
  • Require proven experience in driving programmes that require a large element of business change
  • Due to the nature and complexity of the programme we are looking for a high performing individual who will play a major part in driving the implementation of a technology driven solution across our Commercial and Finance functions, involving multiple workstreams and facing off to and co-ordinating multiple 3rd parties. You will need:
  • Organisation and time management
  • Governance set up and management
  • Programme Office Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Portfolio Management
  • Management of 3rd Parties
  • Financial and Benefits Management
  • Highly Resilient
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Ability to resolve conflicts across key stakeholder groups
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • Meeting Facilitation skills
  • Networking (across multiple functions, business units, external stakeholders)
  • Relevant industry and experience - ideally Retail & Telecoms
  • Business Transformation experience in complex, cross functional environments
  • Experience working on strategic and organisational programmes
