Full Job Description
Due to the shift work nature of this role, you will receive a shift allowance of £1,000 per annum.
This role involves a high level of physical activity, and some working outdoors.
After successful completion of specific role-related training, there may be opportunities for further salary increments, above the salary stated on the job description.
Day to day duties of the role
To support the safety and security of the College premises, vehicles and contents.
As instructed, to ensure that the premises are properly maintained, and all lighting and heating systems and equipment are functioning. To undertake minor repairs and decorations as requested.
To receive deliveries of goods made to the premises and convey such items to other parts of the premises.
Full driving licence is essential as you will be required to travel between college campuses.
Excellent customer service / interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Flexible approach to service delivery.
£25k - £29k p.a. (plus £1k p.a. shift allowance)
