To drive A&M's global brand growth through Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and PR to build a loyal community and elevate our brand presence as we revolutionise the jewellery industry. How you'll drive success:

• Proactively assisting the PR & Partnerships Manager with influencer outreach and coordination, with a keen eye to identify new and potential influencer collaborations.
• Fostering strong relationships with influencers, to enhance our cult following, through organising regular in-store experiences.
• Supporting outreach and coordination of brand partnerships, as well as organising product gifting for influencers, from micro to macro, ensuring a seamless process.
• Working closely with our PR agency and maintaining this relationship to support our media outreach efforts.
• Supporting the PR & Partnerships Manager with monitoring data of influencer & PR engagement, ensuring our brand values and campaign goals are reflected.
• Managing the growth and continued engagement of A&M's ambassador program.
• Cross collaboration with teams, such as Product & Merchandising, CRM, Performance Marketing, and the wider Brand Marketing team.
• Supporting the Brand Marketing team with activations and events with a collaborative, can-do attitude and positive approach.
What you'll need to thrive:
• Being the face of our brand externally, our brand values must resonate with you personally and shine through everything you do.
• You have a true passion for PR and influencer partnerships, looking to kick-start your journey in this space.
• You thrive in creating and building relationships, always looking for a better way to do things, proactively sharing ideas with the team.
• Open to any opportunities and learning, naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have to break the boundaries and disrupt the brand marketing space.
The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
• Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
• Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
• Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
