Bell is recruiting a part-time Finance Officer to provide financial accounting support to the business, principally through management of the purchase ledger. Key duties will include:

Input of purchase invoices onto the company's purchase ledger: including registering invoices upon receipt, seeking authorisation and coding, ensuring that the purchase ledger is kept up to date and provides a true record of the company's liabilities.
Maintenance of supplier accounts on the purchase ledger.
Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries and answer their requests for payments in a timely and professional manner.
Process supplier payments.
Processing employee expenses.
Administration of company credit and purchase cards.
Petty cash accounting and administration, including posting petty cash transactions, reconciliations, and cash top-ups.
Other duties as required to assist with smooth running of the Finance department.
