Are you ready to step into a new role? Adams Morey is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team in Nursling, Southampton. As part of our central Accounts team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring excellent service for our customers. What You will Be Doing In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Post and allocate customer payments.
Reconcile unallocated payments.
Amend and monitor credit limits.
Manage general and personal email inboxes efficiently.
Manage customer queries via email and phone.
Send monthly customer statements and copy invoices.
Perform credit control duties.
Set up new customer accounts in line with company procedures.
Conduct other ad hoc tasks to support the team.

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
Familiarity with accounting systems (Autoline experience is a bonus).
Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and a diligent approach to work.
