Full Job Description
We are looking for the right person to work within a small team in our town centre office. This position would suit someone looking for work in administration, experience preferred but not essential as this role can include full training.
We care about our clients and we want to employ someone who can provide a high level of professional service and be an asset to our growing team., Provide high level support to fee earners - including administration, production of documents, diary management, billing and all other tasks required by the fee earners.
Provide a professional and friendly service to clients - including answering calls, responding to emails and welcoming clients into the office.
Communicate effectively with fee earners and colleagues ensuring tasks and messages are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring all new prospective clients / business opportunities are processed quickly and efficiently.
Follow all firm policies, procedures and requirements - this includes maintaining the client database and following compliance regulations
Any other required tasks
Experience of working within an office environment
Experience of working with a case management system (advantage)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
A good level of IT competency, including Microsoft Office Suite
