- Office and Administration Management Where Falmouth, TR11 3LL Remote opportunityTime Either in or out of office hours Estimate of time needed: 1-3 hours / week Meetings take place once a month and admin tasks can be completed in the interim, As the Secretary to Trustees/Administrator at Peace Partners, you will support the organisation's mission and objectives. You will work closely with the Board of Trustees and provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of Peace Partners. Your responsibilities will align with the organisation's goals and objectives, contributing to the success of our partnership programmes and broader humanitarian initiatives., This role is the lynch pin between the trustees and the various projects and activities undertaken by the Charity. The role will also provide the successful applicant with an opportunity to contribute not only to smooth running of the whole charity but to make personal contributions during meetings. 1. Proven experience in a similar administrative role with excellent organisational and communication skills. 2. A legal background might be of use. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. 4. Proficiency in office software, document management, and familiarity with cloud storage systems, especially G-Drive. 5. Passion for humanitarian and peace-related initiatives. 6. Understanding of Charity Commission regulations and reporting procedures, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in document management. 7. Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms, particularly Zoom, coupled with experience in calendar management and Google Calendar.
