Full Job Description
Our client in Middlesbrough is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis until December 2025. Duties will include:
- Coordination of general site administration such as coordinating post & deliveries and ordering of general office supplies etc.
- Management of visitors to the site throughout the working day, ensuring they have followed the correct access protocols.
- Management of site security access system i.e. issue and deactivation of fobs and maintenance of the system in line with Internal Audit requirements.
- Coordination of general room booking system (outside of internal access).
- Maintenance of standard KPI reporting.
- Oversee the management of the long service awards process.
- Support the onboarding process by issuing free products to all new starters.
- Meeting support / facilitation - recording & taking meeting notes.
- SAP data maintenance.
- Payroll activities and clearing off daily payroll exceptions.
- GDPR compliance activities.
- General house-keeping of Reception area.
- Raising Purchase Requisitions (SAP).
- HR reports.
- Other adhoc duties.
Educational requirements: GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths. - Business Administration qualification would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar position. Competencies you will use:
- Have a proactive approach to work and be confident to work using your own initiative.
- Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demand, prioritising workload and tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.
