Full Job Description
Assisting in the management of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping to drive business growth through effective communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities Of The Role:
Client Relationship Management
o Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
o Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
o Support Account Managers in client meetings and presentations.
Account Coordination
o Help coordinate client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
o Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
o Assist in preparing and delivering client reports and presentations.
Sales Support
o Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches.
o Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
o Support the development and implementation of account plans to achieve sales targets.
Administrative Duties
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information.
o Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications.
o Assist with the invoicing process and track account receivables.
Market and Product Knowledge
o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
o Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address client needs.
o Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences and market demand.
Team Collaboration
o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving account management processes.
o Support other account managers as needed, sharing best practices and resources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage own time and prioritise workload.
