SWIFT Temps Ltd Commercial Recruitment Division are currently seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and the executive leadership team for our client in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire on an ongoing temp basis (minimum 6 months contract, with potential for extension).,

Managing diaries and emails for the executive team to ensure effective scheduling and communication.
Preparing for meetings by planning agendas, taking accurate minutes, and recording decisions as appropriate.
Organising and coordinating meetings, including logistics and follow-up communications.
Responding to correspondence as directed, using information gathered from relevant sources for accurate and timely responses.
Screening visitors and incoming calls, redirecting as necessary to facilitate effective communication.
Contributing to service delivery and improvement by promoting quality and customer service standards within the secretarial support function.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Taking a proactive approach to workload and time management, ensuring tasks are planned and completed to meet targets and deadlines.
Collaborating with team members to achieve collective objectives and providing support as needed.
Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and adapting to new technologies and processes.
Maintaining flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands within the role.

Ability to plan and monitor financial resources.
Understanding of political environments and sensitivity with Councillors.

Strong literacy and numeracy skills for documentation and reporting.
