An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join the Landmarc Team at Lulworth Ranges in Dorset.,

Maintaining document recording for technical services
Co-ordinate and upload reports to AMS / Maximo
Data capture and input
Work orders processing
Auditing records
Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes as required
Answering incoming telephone calls
Provide cover as required for Reception duties
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery
Provide support for other Administrative roles as required to support the Regional Management team
Working on other Regional sites where required to assist with meetings to include; Lulworth (primary location of role), Wyke Regis & Exmouth.

We are seeking a professional administrator who has a keen eye for detail who will enjoy working in a small, but dedicated team, to support our thriving facilities management business by providing an exceptional service to Landmarc and our customer.
Excellent Office and Administration skills
Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software (desirable)
Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
Experience of communicating with stakeholders
Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
Ability to follow processes within time constraints
Applicants must hold a valid UK Driving Licence as travel will be required
