Full Job Description

Calderdale College wishes to recruit an exceptional, well qualified, and experienced individual to work in the apprenticeship WBL team as a Training & Development
Officer for the L3 Learning & Skills apprenticeship standard.

High standards in learning and assessment practice are achieved in apprenticeship through engagement of all stakeholders, including apprentices & their employers, through the Aptem Digital Apprenticeship System to ensure all apprentices progress well & successfully achieve their apprenticeship.

This is an exciting opportunity for the person appointed to make a major contribution to the provision. As a Training & Development Officer you will be involved in all aspects of the apprenticeship including ensuring compliance & quality assurance across all aspects of the learner journey.

The individual appointed will be high performing and focused individual with the ambition and drive to deliver and achieve these challenging expectations and targets & who has demonstrated success in previous roles.
