Full Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide a variety of help and support at home to older people aged 50+ living in Gwent. The Help at Home service delivers support to the highest standard, assisting individuals with everyday tasks to allow them to remain living independently within their own homes and communities. Support includes, but is not limited to; wellbeing sessions, shopping, domestic and venue toenail cutting. Main Duties Providing practical based support such as: cleaning and shopping Providing emotional and holistic support through wellbeing visits, completing activities such as; playing games, sitting in the garden, reminiscing, reading, baking and much more.
You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with appropriate business user insurance and be willing to use your own car for work purposes. The post holder will be required to undergo an Enhanced Criminal Record check before starting work.
