The position is a high-profile position within the business, the Regional Manager will have experience in every area of the Bodyshop and use this knowledge to provide support and guidance to our East of England sites. Our Bodyshop's are fast paced and exciting with lots of opportunities to utilise the whole spectrum of your skill set. The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Working closely with five sites to maintain KPI's.
• Provide cover to the Bodyshop Managers through holiday/sickness.
• Provide training and mentoring to new staff members and Bodyshop Managers within your teams.
• Working alongside and supporting senior management through communication and ensure the sites are meeting key to key targets.
• Travelling to all of the sites in this region
  
  At least 3 years body shop experience
• At least 1 year experience in an accident repair setting
• Full UK driving licence
  
  Halo ARC East of England sites - Willingness to travel to all sites West Thurrock, Harrow, Rochester, Norwich & Saffron Walden.
