Full Job Description
As our Parts Supervisor you will help to oversee the parts department, and will support in maximising departmental profitability and achieving the departmental business plan. You will be required to lead and develop the team in order to create a motivational working environment, aid colleague retention, encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance in colleagues.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a successful track record within a supervisory position in a Parts Department. You must have strong leadership and people management skills, as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and supporting the team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
