Full Job Description
If you love keeping things organised, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly, this role is for you. As a Fleet Administration Assistant , you'll play a key part in supporting our busy truck and trailer business by keeping operations moving and customers happy.
- Manage fleet administration and ensure all records are accurate.
- Plan and coordinate MOT test schedules and maintenance programmes.
- Arrange vehicle deliveries and collections across branches and with customers.
- Support the team with general administration, keeping everything on track.
- Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You're a natural problem solver who thrives in a busy environment. You're confident, organised, and great at keeping things running behind the scenes. - Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- PC literate and comfortable learning new systems.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- A clean driving licence is desirable but not essential.
