Full Job Description

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sr Operator, Manufacturing, and embark on an exceptionally rewarding career journey.   • Synthesize, purify, formulate, and conduct quality control of products according to SOPs, ensuring flawless product integrity.
  • Calibrate instruments strictly according to schedule and maintain laboratory housekeeping standards.
  • Lead process improvement projects and successfully implement solutions to quality issues.
  • Train team members and actively participate in promoting safety regulations.
  • Operate in ISO 5 & ISO 7 clean rooms, applying personal respirator hood PPE.
  • Conduct DNA synthesis on AKTA platforms and use HPLCs for product purification.
  • Conduct intermediate QC of primers and formulate intermediate bulks using UV-Vis Spectroscopy.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and complete documentation to GDP standards.

    Science degree or equivalent experience in a cleanroom environment.
  • Experience handling hazardous materials and following detailed instructions.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other manufacturing support systems like Trackwise and Agile.
    • Key Skills & Abilities:
  • Independently manage workload and determine priorities with a flexible, ambitious approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining strict attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
