This brand-new Talent and Leadership Development Manager role will own and oversee our proposition, ensuring we're firmly future focused and meeting the needs of the business., We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Adviser (Services) to join our team, where you'll lead and enhance our first point of contact service, providing expert advice and support to customers, candidates, third parties, and colleagues. In this role, you'll coach and guide the HR Advisers (Services) team to deliver specialist advice on HR policies, processes, and systems while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.

Extensive experience of working within an HR Service Delivery team.
Experience of supervising and coaching colleagues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong problem- solving abilities to effectively address and resolve complex HR queries
Strong understanding of HR policies, processes and systems
Knowledge of employment law, compliance and regulatory requirements
A CIPD qualification or working towards, or equivalent relevant professional qualification or experience.

Salary - £30,012 per annum
