Full Job Description
- Build and maintain day to day relationships with clients, external third parties and internal departments.
- Process incoming data feeds, reports and requests for additional information within SLA.
- Analyse and reconcile data on a regular basis.
- General ad hoc tasks i.e., actioning e-mails, answering calls, and responding to post.
- Additional tasks as allocated by manager.
- Regular contact with vendors and agents as well as internal departments.

If, you've answered yes, then you could be the right person to join the External Services department on a permanent basis., Must have 2 or more years' experience working in a customer service focused role. - Knowledge of the litigation process is desirable.
- Excellent ability to analyse and report findings on large volumes of information.
- Excellent communication skills - able to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Good understanding of MS applications including Word and Excel.
- Highly organised and great attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and keep to strict deadlines without difficulty.
- Can take ownership of tasks, use initiative, and demonstrate good judgement.

Salary of £23,809 - £24,394 - Permanent
