Full Job Description
You'll play a key role in Revenue Operations, helping to streamline costs by managing off-net circuit transformations and disconnections. Your mission? Keep everything running smoothly while ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be their go-to contact, providing regular updates via phone and email to keep them informed every step of the way.
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- A knack for working with people and resolving issues effectively.
- Proven ability to navigate systems and get accurate results.
- A sharp eye for detail, ensuring records stay up to date with changes in company procedures, regulations, and processes.
- The ability to spot trends, flag potential issues, and report findings to your Team Manager.
