The role champions best practice people interventions to ensure that the wider service is focused on supporting managers to achieve quality outcomes for our service users in line with the Trust's strategic objectives and corporate values. We are now looking to appointment a third people business partner to cover our Camden Unit and our Department of Education and Training.
