Full Job Description
We are seeking a permanent Band 3 administrator for our North Devon Perinatal Community Team; this is an exciting opportunity to join our team of secretaries & perinatal mental health professionals based in West Pilton Health & Wellbeing Clinic, Barnstaple. This role is for 22.5 hours a week (over 3 days working days to be discussed at interview)., We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude towards working in the field of mental health, is able to work alongside others within the team. Alongside general administration duties, the role will include, receiving and prioritising phone calls, from women who are using our service, family members and also professionals inside and outside of Devon partnership trust. Also there will be a requirement to use a number of different Trust computer systems and be able to do audio and copy typing.
