We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality services for young people to oversee our Young People's Services across YMCA Dulverton Group. You will have a strong ability to listen, respond to feedback, and demonstrate a strong commitment to a continuous learning and development.


A key part of this role is fostering a positive and supportive culture within staff teams, ensuring that everyone feels valued, motivated, and empowered to provide the best possible service to young people who utilise our services. You will have a good understanding of Ofsted requirements and be able to guide and support teams in meeting and exceeding regulatory standards.


As a leader, you will play a crucial role in developing staff, helping them to reach their full potential while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering the highest standards for young people. Your ability to inspire, mentor, and create an environment of excellence will be essential to the success of the service.
