Full Job Description
We support Service Users with a range of conditions impacting on communication and swallowing. We are embedded within multidisciplinary teams across the district to support the provision of specialist services such as voice therapy, AAC and the management of complex progressive neurological conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinson's.
We offer flexible/hybrid working opportunities, making use of tools such as video consultations and digital therapy resources to enhance our services.
